The flange forging, made of 15CrMo material, is produced and accepted according to NB/T47008-2017 Level III.
Visible light and 100% inspection, normalizing+tempering, same furnace sample. After the customer's joint inspection is qualified, leave a 5mm margin on the upper end face of the flange. All welding areas are processed according to the dimensions before welding, and other parts are processed and delivered according to the drawings.
