Wuxi Hongda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is located on the shore of Taihu Lake with more than 50 years of forging history. It is a council member of China Forging & Pressing Association and China Heavy Machinery Association. The headquarters is equipped with forging equipment such as 8000t CNC fast forging hydraulic press, 4500t CNC fast forging hydraulic press, 2500t CNC fast forging hydraulic press, 800t CNC fast forging hydraulic unit, Φ6M ring rolling mill and Φ3M ring rolling mill, heat treatment equipment including 7m×5m×5m fully computer-controlled electric furnace with supporting imported American quenching medium, as well as various large-scale mechanical processing equipment.
In 2001, the company established Nanjing Boda Heavy Forging Co., Ltd., which is equipped with 4000t CNC hydraulic press and other forging equipment as well as various large-scale mechanical processing equipment.
In 2021, the company established Xi'an Shangluo Technology Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in small and medium-sized forgings for aerospace, marine, ordnance, power and high-end civil products, including open die forging and closed die forging of superalloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys and steel forgings. Xi'an Shangluo is equipped with forging equipment such as 750kg open die forging air hammer, 2T open die forging electro-hydraulic hammer, D51-550B ring rolling mill, 630T screw press and various large-scale mechanical processing equipment.

In 2026, the company established Changshu Hongteng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., adding a steelmaking workshop and 160MN open die forging press production line, realizing a full-process manufacturing system from special steel smelting to heavy forging. The smelting section is equipped with 100t electric arc furnace, LF external refining + VD vacuum degassing dual refining system, which can stably smelt and cast high-purity and high-density steel ingots with a single weight of 300 tons, fully meeting the strict requirements of high-end forgings for steel quality.
The core equipment of Hongteng Branch is 160MN (16000t) fast open die forging hydraulic press with a clearance of 9.5m and opening of 9m, equipped with imported German 600T/M manipulator, large heat treatment furnace, solution water tank and other complete supporting equipment.
At present, the annual production capacity of Hongda Heavy Industry reaches more than 100,000 tons, the single weight of forgings produced reaches more than 200 tons, the outer diameter of ring forgings is 6m, and the size of shaft forgings is 14m.
