This high-pressure heater tube sheet is forged from 20MnMoNb IV material, and the material standard is NB/T 47008-2017. In order to ensure product quality, we forge according to the relevant provisions of GB/T 151-2014 "Heat Exchanger". We conduct furnace retesting for chemical composition and mechanical properties of each product, as well as tempering. Finally, the finished product is delivered.
