Focusing on high-end manufacturing to drive industrial upgrading! On June 27, Hongteng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched production of its 16,000-ton rapid forging press and integrated casting-forging production line.

The successful commissioning of this production line not only marks a significant leap in the company's capabilities for the large-scale, integrated production of high-end, specialized forgings, but also injects fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster in the Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Zhang Ruiqing, Chairman of Hongda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and other company executives; Chen Guodong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone; Li Zhigang and Yao Weidong, members of the Party Working Committee and deputy directors of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone; Ji Bingyuan, Chairman of Jiangsu Longteng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd.; and other corporate guests attended the production launch ceremony, jointly witnessing a key milestone in the company's development and the region's industrial upgrading.

The 16,000-ton rapid forging press and integrated casting-forging production line commissioned here serves as the company's core production asset. By integrating the entire process chain—including casting, forging, and precision machining—the line enables the one-stop manufacturing of large, high-end special alloy steel forgings weighing up to 300 tons, thereby optimizing production workflows and enhancing both product precision and delivery efficiency. Upon reaching full capacity, the project is projected to generate an annual output value of RMB 1.8 billion, with overall production capacity and product quality ranking among the best in the industry.
At the event, Hongteng New Materials signed strategic cooperation agreements with multiple enterprises across the upstream and downstream supply chain.
